The SAIGNORE tag can be used to ignore blocks of code. This tag offers a type of bulk comment
functionality. With the SAIGNORE tag, anything wrapped between the start and end tag is
ignored. For the developer, this offers a method of commenting large blocks of code including
regular HTML and SteelArrow comments.
